Niccolai Trafile has been operating in the pasta sector since 1843, making dies and specific machines for pasta factories. After having examined all the technical details with the customer, a feasibility study of the die is carried out in terms of production and resistance.
These two fields certainly represent the areas in continuous design evolution, parallel to the technological improvements of the pasta production lines. For each commission, the optimal number of holes to be made is calculated according to both the capacity of the press and the drawing surface, in order to guarantee an extrusion speed of the pasta in the optimal values.
